Iotex is a blockchain for machines. Bots, autonomous vehicles and even smart toasters, AKA the “internet of things”, make up most of the information transmitted on the internet. Because of that, there is a need for quick communication and trusted record keeping for all these machines. IoTex is a complete blockchain solution, making secure networks for the “Internet-of-Things” easier to build. Since many of these devices involve real world sensors, there is an active interest in the IOTX community in finding ways to integrate non-digital information into the fabric of the IoTex blockchain.
